OBJECTIVES
The Asia Competition Association (ACA) was established on September 4, 2008, with a view to contributing to the expansion and
enhancement of competition culture in Asia by enhancing international exchange and cooperation on competition laws and
policies in Asia at a non-governmental level.


OFFICERS
The current Officers of the ACA are as follows:


Chairperson
- Prof. Chul-kyu KANG, former Chairman of the KFTC, Korea


Vice-Chair
- Prof. Akinori Uesugi, Consultant of Freshfields, Japan
- Prof. Jian Wang, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University Law school, China


Secretary General
- Prof. Ki Jong LEE, Sookmyung Women's University, Korea


Deputy Secretary General
- Gene-Oh Kim, Kim&Chang



MEMBERSHIP
Individuals who agree with the objectives of the ACA and reside in Asia may be qualified for individual membership. Non-governmental organizations which agree with the objectives of the ACA and have their main office in Asia may be qualified for corporate membership. And individuals who agree with the objectives of the ACA and reside outside of Asia may be qualified for associate membership.
